The team comprises of qualified professionals having sound understanding about Credit Risk subject backed by strong analytical bend of mind. The team has prior experience of working on various Credit Risk assignments.
She is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is responsible for executing Credit rating advisory and debt syndication assignments. With overall experience of about 2 years into Credit Risk assessment, she has gained good understanding about various sectoral nuances and primarily tracks NBFC / HFC / MFI sectors and Power Sector. Prior to joining MPFASL, Ms. Shruti Padlekar was working with XMPUS Financial Services LLP as Analyst – Credit Risk for about 1 year 7 months. Her hobbies include exploring new places and dance.
Pratik Ghadi is a commerce graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). He has 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, post CA qualification. Before joining MP Financial Advisory Services LLP, he was working with Rattanindia Finance Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC). His hobbies include playing outdoor sports, swimming, exploring new places. Besides, he is also a fitness enthusiast.

A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University has overall experience of over 7 years in the field of Business Development support and Sales Co-ordination. She has a nick of maintaining good rapport with the present and prospective customer. Her ability to understand the customer need and get it resolved through Business Development team converts lots of enquiries into assignments. Besides Sales Coordination, she helps to keep office in order by handing HR and Admin profile. Prior to joining MPFASL, she was working as Sales Co-ordinator with XMPUS Financial Services LLP. Her hobbies include listening to music and exploring new places.
